Pinpoint is the sales intelligence platform for car dealerships: an AI layer that sees every call, text and email and the CRM record, understands every customer and every sales rep, trains the team, and acts within the dealership's approvals. Managers investigate any customer or conversation and get cited answers. Reps are coached from their real conversations and trained by AI voice agents that play customers, then give direct feedback on the call about what they could have done better. The platform proposes the next step, executes the CRM and follow-up actions a manager approves, and runs sales workflows end to end within configured permissions. Its voice agents complement the team: inbound, they answer only the calls the team missed; outbound, they draft the calls and the manager decides which ones go out. After managing sales and marketing for more than a hundred businesses at Deep Sea Media, Deniz and Derin kept seeing the same gap: the customer's story lived in calls, texts and a CRM that never agreed, and the manager rebuilt it by hand.
