01 Transparently

We are clear, we are clean, no ambiguity.

You see the numbers we see. Every account, every dashboard, every line item is shared on day one. Spend, impressions, clicks, leads, revenue, margin. The dashboards stay live in your inbox and in a portal you can open at any hour.

We send a written note every Monday. We hold a working call every other Thursday. We file a quarterly memo with the changes we made and the changes we plan. If a number moves, you hear from us before the report goes out, not after.

02 Measurably

Every number we promise is a number we can show.

We track the qualitative and the quantitative side by side. The quantitative is spend, return, cost per lead, cost per sale, lifetime value, payback period. The qualitative is the read on creative, the read on the market, the notes from the people who answer your phone.

We run a formal review at day 90. The first 30 are setup. The next 30 are signal. The final 30 are scale. On day 90 we sit down with the full picture. The next quarter is built off that meeting, not off a guess.

03 Unflinchingly

We say what works. We say what does not.

If a campaign is wrong, you hear it from us before it ships. We will pull a creative on the call if the math says pull it. We will redirect spend on the call if the data says redirect. We do not protect our own work at the cost of yours.

If we are wrong, we say so plainly and we say so first. The honest version, every time. Change is rarely easy and often messy. If nothing changes, nothing changes, and that is the one outcome we will not accept on your behalf.

04 Profitably

Our work pays for itself in your numbers.

We measure ourselves by the difference, not the activity. Not posts shipped, not ads launched, not meetings held. The number that matters is the gap between the quarter before us and the quarter after. We report that gap in dollars.

If the math does not work, we say so and we stop. We do not bill against work that is not earning. The relationships that last with us are the ones where the spend pays for itself, then the team, then more. That is the only model we run.
